Owner, Senior Closer, Senior Processor

Our experienced and talented team is headed by owner and lead closer, Josephine "Jo" Larkin. Jo has a 35-year track record of successfully securing title for both commercial and residential closings. She is well recognized by professionals in our area and throughout Central Florida for her keen attention to detail and her determination to make each transaction a success.

Our team is comprised of 3 Closers and 5 Processors with over 73 years of combined experience to assist you with a smooth and expedient transaction. You can feel comfortable knowing that your transaction is being handled by a professional and knowledgeable team that will go above and beyond to ensure you are informed throughout the entire transaction and any issues are taken care of prior to and after closing. Our company will be transitioning to an online closing platform in 2024. This will allow secure electronic communication from all parties involved from anywhere they have online access. This platform will allow Seller’s, Buyer’s, Realtors, and Lenders to easily send and receive files and messages to title with ease.
